Job summary

Samvith Technologies is seeking a BE Mechanical graduate for ownership of assembly line tools, process sustenance, and continuous improvement in a Pune-area manufacturing setup. The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and hands-on troubleshooting on the shop floor.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and preparing work instructions and PFMEA for ongoing line activities.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of GD&T.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of assembly line tools, machine & process sustenance.
• Process improvement and layout responsibilities.
• Study assembly feasibility for new product with IED team.
• Be a CFT member for customer complaint reviews & action.
• Troubleshoot on the assembly line day-to-day.
• Prepare assembly specification / Work instruction.
• Prepare and update PFMEA.
• Process validation & line audit.
• ECN initiation and implementation.
• New product transfer to production
