Job summary

Electrodrive Powertrain Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in assembly process engineering to join our Manufacturing Engineering department in Coimbatore. You will develop and optimize assembly processes, balance lines, plan capacity, and layout to improve productivity.

You will drive Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and Poka-Yoke practices, conduct APQP, PFMEA, process validation, risk assessments, and lead RCA/CAPA actions while supporting automation initiatives and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Experience in assembly process development and line balancing.
• Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and Poka-Yoke.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize assembly manufacturing processes.
