Qualifications

• 14–20 years of experience in Learning & Development within the Insurance industry.
• Experience with Life, Health or General Insurance organizations.
• Proven ability to lead leadership development and sales training initiatives.
• Experience managing large-scale learning programs across multiple locations.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives.

Role Overview

The AGM - Learning & Development will be responsible for driving the organization-wide learning strategy, leadership development, sales capability building, and talent development initiatives. The incumbent will partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to design and deliver scalable learning solutions that enhance organizational performance and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Educational Qualifications
