SENIOR MANAGER / DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER – LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

Requirements

Maximum Age: 45 years as on 01.08.2026

Basic pay range:

• For Senior Manager - Rs. 60000 – 180000/-
• For Deputy General Manager - Rs. 70000 - 200000 /-

Gross Salary:

• For Senior Manager - Rs.126420/- (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
• For Deputy General Manager - Rs.147490/- (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.

Annual CTC:

• For Senior Manager - Rs.18.54/- (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
• For Deputy General Manager - Rs.21.57- (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.

Qualification:

• Essential: MBA – HR / PGDM (HR)

Post Qualification Experience:

• Essential: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience for Senior Manager and 12 years post-qualification experience for DGM in Learning and Capability Development, including skills-gap analysis, competency and capability frameworks, role-based learning pathways, leadership development, digital learning ecosystems, LMS or LXP management, blended learning, coaching and mentoring, learning analytics and impact measurement.
• For Senior Manager, Candidates from CPSUs shall be holding posts in the scale of pay of Rs. 50000 - 160000 (Revised 2017 Scale) / Rs. 20600 - 46500 (pre-revised 2007 scale) for a minimum period of two years.
• For Deputy General Manager, Candidates from CPSUs shall be holding posts in the scale of pay of Rs. 60000 - 180000 (Revised 2017 Scale) / Rs. 24900 - 50500 (pre-revised 2007 scale) for a minimum period of two years.
