Job summary

Par Health seeks a Warehousing Team Lead to drive operations on the shop floor, oversee documentation quality, and coordinate with production and purchase teams for timely receipt of consignments.

You will train shift personnel, ensure 100% compliance with SOPs, conduct cycle counts, and uphold external warehouse and regulatory standards (USFDA/cGMP). Experience with SAP and WMS is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse operations and driving process improvements.
• Strong training and coaching abilities for multi-skilled teams.
• Proficient in inventory control, cycle counts, and SOP adherence.
• Familiar with regulatory compliance in GMP environments.

Job Description

Key Responsibility

• Minimize documentation error on shop floor. Gap analysis of existing SOPs for further improvement.
• To develop multi skilled personnel in the department for operations of equipment as well documentation.
• To provide training to the operator, officers shift wise daily for any update, observations, incidents etc., for the smooth functioning of department with 100% compliance.
• To maintain the area anytime presentable. Ensure Warehouse inventory management shall be counted by cycle count.
• Any shortage/Excess should be within the prescribed limit mentioned in the SOP. Ensure cycle counts is performed as per schedule.
• Coordination between the factory and Purchase departments for receipt of consignments in time.
• Coordinate with Production for dispensing priority and Dispatch with PPIC / SCM /Logistic department.
• Ensure to maintain the compliance of External Warehouse facility.
• Ensure all activities of warehouse are under Legal Compliance (Control Manager) Responsible to review and approval of the New Code in MMDN tool.
• Meeting conducting with WH and CFT for WH related query / response resolution.
• Ensure Narcotic / psychotropic compliance shall be followed as per procedure. Providing necessary support for Monthly operation review and aging report preparation .
• To propose investment and revenue budget in line with overall strategic cost and investment plan.
• To ensure that investment projects are executed according to the project plan and cost considerations.
• Facing internal audits as per internal audit schedule and making necessary corrective and preventive actions.
• Facing regulatory and CQA audits, proposing and implementation of audit observations in the shop floor.

Must be well versed in SAP, WMS, cGMP requirements in a USFDA site.
