Job summary

UNISON INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING (The Recruitment Company) in Bengaluru seeks an experienced leader to head Business Development and Studio Operations, driving revenue growth, client relationships and studio performance.

You will manage end-to-end studio operations, coordinate with creative and production teams, mentor the operations staff, and track key KPIs to ensure timely, efficient project delivery across fashion, media and retail projects.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Business Development / Studio Operations.
• Strong client management and commercial acumen.
• Experience in creative, production, media, fashion, retail or related industries.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Strong operational and problem-solving capabilities.
