Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Owner / Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in Ecommerce and Studio Production Platforms to support digital commerce, creative operations, and marketing technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business stakeholders, creative studio teams, and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve asset workflows, product content management, and ecommerce experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, creative studio teams, merchandising, marketing, and engineering teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Act as Product Owner / Business Analyst for Ecommerce and Studio Production Platform initiatives.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, business process flows, and functional specifications.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Support end-to-end delivery of digital asset workflows, product content lifecycle, and ecommerce integrations.
• Work closely with offshore/onshore development and QA teams for requirement clarification and sprint execution.
• Coordinate with creative operations, photography studios, retouching teams, and DAM/PIM stakeholders.
• Analyze current business processes and recommend workflow improvements and automation opportunities.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, defect triage, and release validation.
• Ensure seamless integration between Studio Production Platforms, DAM systems, CMS platforms, and Ecommerce websites.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, and risks while communicating status updates to leadership teams.
• Support data validation, reporting, and operational analytics for digital asset and ecommerce processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience with omnichannel retail workflows.
• Knowledge of creative production lifecycle and studio operations.
• Prior experience working with enterprise ecommerce brands or large-scale product catalogs.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience working with Ecommerce platforms and digital commerce ecosystems.
• Hands‑on experience with Studio Production Platforms, creative workflow systems, or media production operations.
• Experience working with:
  • Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms
  • Product Information Management (PIM) systems
  • Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Ecommerce product/catalog workflows
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Experience writing detailed business requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating with distributed/offshore technology teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced retail or ecommerce environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, fashion, merchandising, or marketing creative domains.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, Bynder, Salsify, or similar DAM/PIM tools.
• Experience supporting studio photography, image production, metadata workflows, and asset publishing pipelines.
• Exposure to APIs, system integrations, and ecommerce syndication workflows.
• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Basic understanding of SQL, reporting, or analytics tools is a plus.
