Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in digital/creative agencies or related fields.
• Experience in senior leadership roles such as Business Head Creative or equivalent.
• Proven track record in managing creative teams and senior client relationships.
• Strong exposure to digital campaigns, brand communication and integrated marketing.

The Role

This is a leadership role for a commercially minded creative professional who can combine creative thinking with business ownership.

The individual will be responsible for shaping and growing the creative business, leading client relationships, driving new opportunities and building a high-performing team across creative, copy, content, design and digital.

The ideal candidate will bring an agency mindset, strong business acumen and the ability to translate client and business challenges into compelling creative and digital solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 12+years of experience across digital agencies, creative agencies, integrated marketing, MarTech or customer experience businesses.
• Experience in a senior leadership role such as Business Head Creative, Business Director, Digital Business Head, Creative Business Head, Executive Creative Director, Group Creative Director or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing creative/copy/content teams and working with senior clients.
• Strong exposure to digital campaigns, brand communication, content and integrated marketing.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, client growth and revenue ownership.
• Strong understanding of the intersection of creative, digital, CX, MarTech and technology.
• Excellent storytelling, presentation, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to balance creative ambition with commercial thinking.
• Experience in managing P&L or business metrics will be an advantage.
