Job summary

INFINX in Hyderabad, India seeks a seasoned HR Business Partner to drive strategic HR partnerships, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. You will lead a team, partner with senior leaders, and shape workforce planning in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

The role requires deep knowledge of HR disciplines, data-driven decision making, and strong communication to influence across the organization. Experience with HRIS platforms is preferred.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 14–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a strategic HRBP role.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of HR disciplines: talent management, OD, performance, ER, and compensation.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Darwinbox, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors.
