Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking an Assistant Manager HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management across the organization. You will serve as a consultant to management on human resources issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent.

The HRBP will assess HR needs, communicating proactively with HR and business management, and partner across HR to deliver value-added service reflecting business objectives.

As an Assistant Manager HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a pivotal role in aligning our business objectives with employees and management across the organization. You will serve as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP will assess and anticipate HR-related needs, communicating proactively with our HR department and business management. You will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
