Job Summary

We are hiring Bengali Customer Support Executives for a multilingual healthcare support process in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and customer-service skills and be fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English.

The role involves assisting patients through inbound/outbound calls and email, handling appointment-related requests and enquiries, maintaining accurate documentation, and delivering a professional and patient‑centric customer experience.

Compensation

• Fresher: Up to 2.80 LPA
• Experienced: Up to 3.20 LPA

Shift & Work Schedule

• Rotational shifts.
• 5 working days with 2 rotational days off.
• Candidates must be comfortable working according to the assigned process schedule.
• This is a Work from Office position.
