Job summary

Filo, based in Gurgaon, is seeking a highly organized Content Management Associate to oversee academic content across subjects and exams, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with exam standards.

You will coordinate content creation, curation, uploads and updates; plan, organize and maintain question banks, quizzes and study materials; perform rigorous proofreading; track feedback and analytics to drive improvements; and collaborate with product, tech and academic teams for a smooth user

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of content management experience in EdTech, education, or publishing.
• Strong understanding of academic content and exam patterns.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Eye for detail with strong editing, proofreading, and quality control abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

In this role, you will manage academic content across all subjects, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with exam standards. You will be responsible for coordinating content creation, curation, uploads, updates, and management for various examinations and learning modules.

What you'll do

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of academic content across all subjects and exams conducted globally.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, to ensure timely content delivery.
• Plan, organize, and maintain question banks, assignments, quizzes, mock tests, and study materials for different exams.
• Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, plagiarism-free, and aligned with syllabus/curriculum frameworks (CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, JEE, NEET, etc.).
• Manage content versions, tagging, categorization, and metadata for efficient retrieval and deployment on platforms.
• Conduct thorough quality checks and proofread all educational content before publication.
• Collect & track content feedback and performance; suggest improvements based on learner outcomes and analytics
• Maintain and update the exams calendar, ensuring timely rollouts of new content and exams
• Collaborate with product, tech, and academic teams for platform integration and smooth user experience
• Identify gaps in content and recommend new content development initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with internal content guidelines and academic standards.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline (Engineering, Education, Literature, or related fields preferred).
• 0–3 years of proven experience in content management, preferably in EdTech, education, or publishing industry.
• Strong understanding of academic content across subjects and exam patterns.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
