Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment coverage including client management

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level and C-suite positions
• Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other platforms
• Conduct detailed candidate screening and assessment
• Engage with senior-level candidates to understand career interests and expectations
• Coordinate interviews and manage process through closure
• Handle compensation negotiations and offer discussions
• Communicate with clients to understand hiring requirements
• Build and maintain candidate and client relationships
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS using MS Excel
• Prepare professional presentations and recruitment updates
• Manage multiple assignments independently with quality and timeliness

Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate Consultant to manage end-to-end executive hiring. This role is focused on hiring mid-to-senior-level professionals and C-suite executives, rather than high-volume or junior-level recruitment.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to client management, negotiation, and closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior-level and C-suite positions.
• Source relevant and high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Conduct detailed candidate screening and assessment.
• Engage with candidates at senior levels and understand their career interests and expectations.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process through closure.
• Handle compensation negotiations and offer discussions.
• Communicate directly with clients and understand their hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and reports using MS Excel.
• Prepare professional presentations and recruitment updates.
• Manage multiple assignments independently while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Important – Who We Are Looking For

This is not a volume hiring or junior recruitment role.

We are specifically looking for someone who has experience or a strong interest in:

• Mid-to-senior-level hiring
• Leadership and C-suite hiring
• Executive search / headhunting
• Quality-focused candidate sourcing rather than high-volume closures
• Client interaction and stakeholder management

Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to bulk/volume hiring, entry-level hiring, or high-volume recruitment may not be the right fit for this role.

What We’re Looking For

• Should have exp 2+ years
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Good negotiation and client management abilities.
• Strong command of MS Excel and PowerPoint/presentations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple senior-level mandates.
• Proactive, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced executive search environment.

Compensation & Work Details:

CTC: ₹3.6–4.0 LPA
