Job summary

Connexio Search Pvt. Ltd in Mumbai is seeking an Internal Recruiter to join our expanding team. You will handle client mandates, source candidates from multiple channels, screen for qualifications and culture fit, and coordinate negotiations and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Client handling: understand mandates, manage expectations, build relationships
• Identify and source prospective candidates from multiple sources
• Screen and assess candidates for qualification match and culture fit
• Present shortlisted candidates with summaries to the client
• Follow up and facilitate negotiation with clients and candidates
• Coordinate transition and onboarding processes
• Network and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates

Job Description

• Client handling ability which includes understanding mandates, managing client expectations, and building client relationships over the short and long term
• Responsible for identifying and sourcing prospective candidates from various sources (including Naukri /LinkedIn/Campus Placements/References/social media)
• Screening and assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
• Presenting shortlisted candidates with profile summaries to the client
• Follow-up, guide and facilitate the negotiation process when required
• Follow up with the candidates transition and on boarding process
• Network and build long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
• Possess excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Should be comfortable with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and have excellent email skills

Requirements:

• Any Graduate
• Relevant years of experience with non tech recruitment (finance, sales, marketing, digital, ecommerce, operations etc.)
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment software and tools is an advantage.
