Job summary

Axis Max Life Insurance in India is seeking an Associate Agency Development Manager in the Agency sales function. The role focuses on agent recruitment, development, and achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly business targets.

You will conduct career seminars, communicate RNR standards, and ensure alignment with AMLI practices. The candidate should have 1 year minimum city experience and 0-10 years sales background, aged 24-40, and a Graduate degree.

• Ensure product knowledge by AMLI training methods
• Field demonstrations (FODs)
• Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits
• Work with agents on planning and reviewing activities and goals
• Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same
