Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience in BFSI sector preferred (6 months to 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Find leads through cold calls, referrals, networking and digital channels.
• Assess client needs and review risk profile to suggest protection plans.
• Explain policy features, benefits, pricing and exclusions clearly.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for policies and premium revenue.
• Maintain accurate customer data and CRM progress notes.
• Support clients during documentation, renewal and basic claims processes.
