Job summary

ICICI Lombard Group in Pune seeks a field-based health policy sales professional to drive growth through agents in the assigned territory. You will acquire health agents, license them, and track activation while managing relationships with health agents and coordinating with underwriting, claims, and operations.

The role requires regular field visits to sell policies, training agents, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• On-field health insurance sales experience required.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Diploma or part-time degrees not eligible.
• Must work 100% on-field.

Responsibilities

• Sell health policies through agents in the assigned territory.
• Acquire and license new health agents; track activation.
• Build and maintain relationships with health agents.
• Coordinate with Underwriting, Claims, and Operations.
• Conduct regular field visits to promote policies.
• Train and motivate agents to participate in contests.
• Maintain records in a planned manner.

Role & responsibilities

• Sales of Health Policies through agents in the assigned territory
• Acquiring new health Agents or Advisors on a regular basis. Licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly
• Handling the health retail Product
• Building relationships with Health agents.
• Regular visit on field for sale of health policies with agents or individual.
• Coordinating with other departments such as Underwriting, Claims, & Operations
• To meet Agents, Lead providers, intermediaries on regular basis and maintaining records in a planned manner.
• Training and motivating the health agents to qualify contests and thus bring in incremental business.

Preferred candidate-

• Alteast 6 months of on field sales experience in Agency / any Insurance product.
• Graduation is mandatory, candidates holding Diploma or Part Time degree certificate will not fit in criteria.
• Candidates with operation background will not be fit for this job profile
• Need to work on 100% on-field for sales of health policies.
