Job summary

• Experience in recruitment and building agent pipelines.
• Ability to assess training needs and coordinate with trainers.

Responsibilities

• Agent recruitment and development to build a strong pipeline.
• Conduct activities to enhance agent footfall and referrals.

• Follow agent 9 pointer hiring mechanism and other norms.
• Ensure product knowledge through MLI training.
• Field demonstrations and development of agent prospecting habits.
• Plan and review activities with agents to meet targets.
• Identify agent training needs and work with Trainers.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans.
• Improve agent productivity and persistency through PRP/IID/GID.
• Maintain product mix sales ratio per business norms.
• Maintain proactive customer-centric approach and be a brand ambassador.
• Follow MLIsales practice to develop customer loyalty.
• Hold periodic customer meets to gauge pulse and needs.
• Respond to customer queries as per MLI standards.

• Developvarious sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line.
• Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring
• Implementation of MLI GOLD process and adhere to the business norms
• Followagent 9 pointer hiring mechanism & other hiring norms AgentDevelopment
• Ensureproduct knowledge by MLI ways of training
• Fielddemonstration (FOD’s)
• Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.
• Workwithagent onplanning and reviewing of activities and goals.
• Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same
• MeetBusiness Targets Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.
• Improve agent productivity & persistency by regular PRP/IID/GID etc…
