Job summary

HealthMap Diagnostics Pvt Ltd seeks an experienced IT operations leader to manage day-to-day hospital IT systems and coordinate across diagnostic centres. You will oversee RIS, PACS, LIS, networking, and security, ensuring reliable service delivery.

The role requires 6–10 years in IT with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, preferably in a hospital or diagnostic setting. You will drive vendor management, ITIL practices, and multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in hospital or diagnostic chain preferable.

Responsibilities

• IT Systems Management: Manage day-to-day operations and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, MySQL, and other enterprise applications.
• Clinical IT Operations: Ensure availability and smooth functioning of RIS, PACS, LIS, and imaging systems across diagnostic centres.
• IT Infrastructure & Networking: Oversee servers, workstations, LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and connectivity across multiple locations.
• Data Security & Compliance: Implement access controls, patch management, data backups, audit logs, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Vendor & SLA Management: Coordinate with IT, medical equipment, and telecom vendors; monitor service levels, maintenance contracts, and system downtime.
• Team Supervision & Technical Support: Supervise IT support teams, allocate daily tasks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

6. Team Supervision & Technical Support: Supervise IT support teams, allocate daily tasks, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues reported by diagnostic centres.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience: 6-10 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a hospital or diagnostic chain.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with RIS, PACS, LIS, networking, server administration, and DICOM/HL7 integrations.
• Additional Competencies: Knowledge of IT security, healthcare data privacy, ITIL practices, vendor management, and multi-site IT operations.
