Qualifications

• 36 years of experience in retail, preferably luxury fashion.
• Prior team-handling or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong sales, clienteling, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales KPIs.
