Job Summary

We are looking for a competent and hands‑on Technical Manager to oversee technical operations and maintenance of building systems. The role involves supervising engineering staff, ensuring the smooth functioning of electrical, mechanical, and utility systems, and maintaining high standards of safety and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of all technical services including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and lifts.
• Lead and guide a team of technicians and engineers for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure minimum downtime and quick resolution of technical issues.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate AMC/vendor services.
• Maintain compliance with statutory and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments for building systems.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and logs.
• Liaise with tenants and internal stakeholders for technical support and queries.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
• 5–7 years of experience in technical/facility operations, preferably in commercial buildings.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, fire safety norms, energy management, and building utilities.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting and team leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with statutory compliance, technical audits, and safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing Grade-A commercial facilities or high‑rise buildings.
• Knowledge of BMS, energy monitoring systems, and building automation.
• Certification in fire safety or electrical license preferred.
