Job summary

Denali Management Services in Bengaluru seeks a maintenance coordinator to oversee preventive maintenance of HVAC, UPS, DG sets, water treatment, transformers and associated systems according to a 52-week calendar.

You will maintain up-to-date records, coordinate with vendors, monitor inventories, and ensure safety and hygiene standards across the site while guiding the maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure preventive maintenance of critical equipment per 52-week calendar.
• Maintain accurate records for all plant and equipment including repair and service logs.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment breakdowns.
• Ensure inventory stores have adequate stock in a clean, safe environment.
• Carry out daily, weekly and monthly inspections as per PPM calendar.
• Coordinate with equipment suppliers for AMC and outstanding issues.
• Ensure maintenance staff wear uniforms with name tags and maintain hygiene standards.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. Ensure the PPM of all critical equipment like HVAC & Chillers, Sewage treatment plants, UPS, DG Sets, Water treatment, transformer, LT panel, Fire Safety etc to be performed as per the 52-week calendar.
2. Maintain accurate records relating to all plant and equipment for the Properties including repair and service records.
3. Coordinate with the vendor for equipment breakdown.
4. Ensure that inventory stores have adequate stocks of materials, equipment and tools and are kept in a clean and safe environment.
5. Daily, weekly and monthly inspections to be carried out as per the in-house PPM calendar.
6. Coordinate with the equipment suppliers for AMC and any outstanding issues.
7. Ensure maintenance staff are wearing proper uniforms with name tags and uphold grooming and hygiene standards.
