Indian Institute of Management Nagpur is looking for a qualified & efficient Assistant Programme Administrator. The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end execution and supervision of any Academic/Executive Education Programme.
Applicant should have at least a Graduation degree, while those with a Master’s degree will be preferred.
Minimum 6 years of overall experience, out of which a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in academic administration or programme management in a reputed Higher Education/Management Institution.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Database Management & other MS Office tools is must.
Ability to perform data analysis in MS Excel, including the use of formulae, in-built functions, charts, etc., is required.
Relevant experience in Academic Administration in Executive Education space /Higher Education /EdTech /Project coordination / Hospitality industry is preferred.
Experience in Accounting processes like bill entries, periodical reports and budget preparations will be an added advantage.
Experience of working at IIMs/IITs/NITs or any other premier institution is desirable.
Excellent understanding of MS – Office toolssuch as MS- Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other productivity tools is essential.
The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills & multi-tasking abilities, including the ability to interact with senior leadership.
Positive attitude, a detail orientation and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, not limited to Faculty members, internal departments, client organisations, participants/executivesfrom Corporate / Govt & PSUs and vendors.
Should be confident & self-motivated, should have the capability of being a team player and resourceful in managing challenges.
The responsibilities outlined below are indicative and are not exhaustive. The incumbent may be assigned additional or different responsibilities from time to time, based on the evolving requirements and priorities of the Institute.
Coordinate end-to-end execution of assigned Executive Education or any other academic programmes, including planning, promotion, scheduling, delivery and programme closure, as required.
Coordinate with Programme Directors and Faculty for programme scheduling, reading materials and other academic requirements before and during the programme.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Stores & Purchase, Accounts, Communication and Administration to ensure timely support for programme delivery.
Coordinate facilities booking and related arrangements for programmes.
Coordinate logistics and procurement of programme-related materials, including cases, programme kits and other requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for partner agencies for nominations, acceptance letters, confirmations and smooth delivery of programmes through online platforms.
Coordinate and track the payment process from invoicing through realization of payments from participants, clients and partner agencies.
Coordinate arrangements for programme inauguration, valediction and other programme related events.
Ensure appropriate arrangements and a conducive environment for Faculty and participants throughout the programme, both within and outside the classroom.
Collate programme feedback and share relevant inputs with Programme Directors and Faculty for review and further action.
Ensure completion of programme documentation, closure of programme files and systematic archiving for future reference.
Age: Not exceeding 45 years as on last date of application.
The selected candidate will be offered a Regular appointment at the appropriate pay level as per the 7th Pay Commission and in accordance with the norms of the Institute, with an initial probation period of 2 years. In addition, the perks & allowances will be paid as per the Institute’s norms.
