Job summary

Androgynous Hr Consultant seeks a senior Construction Procurement Lead with 12–15 years of experience in procurement for high-rise projects. You will source suppliers, manage tenders, negotiate terms, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining an approved vendor list and QA coordination.

The role requires strong vendor management and negotiation skills, aligning procurement schedules with project program and design releases.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years in construction procurement.
• High-rise project experience mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials — structural, MEP, finishes
• Negotiation and vendor management experience

Responsibilities

• Own the material procurement schedule align with project programme and design release
• Source and evaluate suppliers for all major material categories
• Manage tendering for material procurement comparative statements and recommendations
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Issue purchase orders and manage delivery tracking
• Resolve supply chain issues — alternate sourcing, expediting, dispute resolution
• Maintain approved vendor list — new vendor qualification process
• Monitor material quality on delivery — coordinate with QA for inspection
