Job summary

Bihariji Ispat Udyog in India seeks an experienced procurement professional to plan, manage, and optimize procurement of construction materials and services. You will identify and onboard reliable vendors, lead negotiations, and ensure timely delivery aligned with project budgets.

The role requires strong leadership to mentor the purchasing team and enforce internal controls. Key responsibilities include optimizing BOM/BOQ adherence, coordinating with project and finance teams, and monitoring

• Sound understanding of BOQ, budgeting, and cost control.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Track market trends, price variations, and mitigate supply risks.

• Mentor and supervise the purchase team and improve process efficiency.
