Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for civil materials, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  
• Develop and implement effective vendor development strategies to improve supplier performance.
  
• Plan and execute purchase orders for project procurement, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  
• Conduct thorough vendor negotiations to secure best possible pricing and terms.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of experience in construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech / B.E. (Pref Civil engineering) or Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical (Mandatory education background from BE / Btech or Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)
• Strong expertise in civil materials procurement. (Mandatory)
• Should be from Construction Industry. (Mandatory)
• Project procurement, purchase planning, strategic procurement, vendor development, and vendor negotiation.
• Good communication skills.
