• The Purchase Manager will be responsible for managing procurement activities for construction projects, ensuring timely availability of materials, cost optimization, and vendor management in line with project requirements


• Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction materials, services, and equipment.


• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers; maintain strong vendor relationships.


• Handle end-to-end purchase cycle including RFQs, negotiations, PO issuance, and delivery follow-ups.


• Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards and project timelines.


• Coordinate with project, contracts, and store teams for material planning and requirement forecasting.


• Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and new products to optimize procurement costs.


• Ensure Compliance With Company Policies, Contracts, And Statutory Requirements.


• Maintain proper documentation, MIS reports, and audit-ready records of procurement activities.
