The role emphasizes cost optimization, timely procurement, and cross-functional collaboration across Design, Projects, Planning, Finance, and Site teams.

Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years of procurement experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure, with strong Excel, CSQ preparation, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering or related field.
• MBA or Supply Chain Management qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and procurement for construction materials and services.
• Obtain competitive quotations and negotiate best commercial terms.
• Onboard new vendors, products, and innovative solutions.
• Prepare detailed CSQs and commercial analyses in Excel.
• Coordinate with Design, Projects, Planning, Finance, and Site teams to ensure procurement timelines.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Drive cost optimization while maintaining quality and delivery commitments.
• Monitor procurement schedules to ensure uninterrupted project execution.
• Support contract finalization, PO management, and vendor performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and approval processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, is preferred, but can be a graduate from any stream.
• MBA/Supply Chain Management qualification will be an added advantage.
• 7–10 years of procurement experience in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, vendor management, and procurement processes.
• Proven expertise in preparing CSQs and commercial evaluations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
