Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Mumbai seeks a Relationship Manager to drive new account acquisitions and activation across current and savings accounts. The role focuses on linking UPI, monitoring M0 and savings balances, and expanding wallet share across products such as insurance and mutual funds.

The candidate will participate in corporate induction events, nurture SME relationships, and run micro-marketing activities in the catchment area to generate leads, with a strong emphasis on sales and networking

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Graduation/Post Graduation completed.
• IRDA & AMFI certification is preferred. This is a must post joining.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Banking knowledge and customer-facing experience.
• Computer skills & digital knowledge.
• Good network in the market.

Responsibilities

• Activate accounts, ensure UPI linkage, M0 balance, and wallet share growth across banking products.

• Activate Accounts opened, UPI Linkage, M0 Balance, Savings balance and increase wallet share of our banking products includes Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP, MF etc & manage the portfolio.
