Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, seeks a Relationship Management professional for our Consumer Banking segment. You will acquire new Current and Savings accounts from the branch catchment, drive salary account onboarding from corporates, and promote products such as insurance, mortgages, UL, SIP, and MF to grow wallet share.

You will collaborate with internal teams to leverage SME relationships and conduct micro-marketing to generate leads in the local market.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Graduation or Post Graduation.
• Sales and networking skills.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Goal or target oriented.
• IRDA & AMFI certification is preferred. This is a must post joining.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Banking knowledge.
• Computer and digital skills.
• Strong network in the market.

Responsibilities

• Acquiring new accounts (Current and Savings) from branch catchment area.
• Quality sourcing of salary accounts from corporates.
• Activate Accounts opened, UPI linkage, M0 balance, Savings balance and increase wallet share of our banking products includes Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP, MF etc & manage the portfolio.
• Participate in corporate induction and migration events around the catchment area.
• Build strong relationship with internal teams to leverage existing relationships from SME.
• Conduct low-cost micro marketing activities around catchment areas for lead generations.
