Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd seeks a Relationship Manager to drive acquisition of current and savings accounts in the Andheri catchment area. You will activate accounts, linkage and wallet share while promoting loans, investments, and MF products. Build SME network, partner with internal teams, and participate in corporate events to generate leads.

You should have 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and good networking skills. IRDA/AMFI certification post-joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Graduation or Post Graduation completed.
• Sales and networking skills are essential.
• Strong communication and listening abilities.
• Result and target driven attitude.
• IRDA & AMFI certification preferred; expected after joining.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Solid banking knowledge and numerical aptitude.
• Good market network and digital skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new Current and Savings accounts from branch catchment area.
• Source salary accounts from corporates with quality leads.
• Activate accounts: UPI linkage, MO balance, savings balance, expand wallet share.
• Promote products: Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP, MF, etc., and manage portfolio.
• Participate in corporate induction and migration events nearby.
• Build strong internal relationships to leverage SME linkages.
• Conduct low-cost micro marketing for lead generation in the catchment.
