Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Palani, Tamil Nadu, is looking for a Relationship Manager to grow our consumer banking footprint. You will acquire new Current and Savings accounts, activate UPI linkage and balances, and increase wallet share across Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP, MF.

The position requires 1–2 years of experience, strong sales and networking skills, and excellent communication. This is a full-time role with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Graduation or Post Graduation completed.
• IRDA & AMFI certification required after joining.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Banking knowledge and network in the market.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new Current and Savings accounts from branch catchment area.
• Quality sourcing of salary accounts from corporates.
• Activate accounts, UPI linkage, M0 balance, savings balance; increase wallet share of products.
• Participate in corporate induction and migration events around the catchment area.
• Build strong relationships with internal SME teams; conduct micro marketing for lead generation.

• Acquiring new accounts (Current and Savings) from branch catchment area •Quality sourcing of salary accounts from corporates
• Activate Accounts opened, UPI Linkage, M0 Balance, Savings balance and increase wallet share of our banking products includes Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP, MF etc & manage the portfolio.
• Participate in corporate induction and migration events around the catchment area
• Build strong relationship with internal teams to leverage existing relationships from SME
• Conduct low-cost micro marketing activities around catchment areas for lead generations.
