Job summary

DBS Consumer Banking Group in India seeks a results-driven Relationship Manager to grow our branch portfolio from the Kalyani Nagar catchment.

You will acquire new Current and Savings accounts, activate them with UPI linkage, monitor balances, and cross-sell products such as Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP and MF while building SME connections.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant sales/relationship management experience.
• Graduation or post-graduation degree.
• Strong communication and listening abilities with goal orientation.

• Acquiring new accounts (Current and Savings) from branch catchment area -Quality sourcing of salary accounts from corporates
• Activate Accounts opened, UPI Linkage, M0 Balance, Savings balance and increase wallet share of our banking products includes Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP, MF etc & manage the portfolio.
• Participate in corporate induction and migration events around the catchment area
• Build strong relationship with internal teams to leverage existing relationships from SME
• Conduct low-cost micro marketing activities around catchment areas for lead generations.
