Zusammenfassung

DBS Consumer Banking Group in Delhi is hiring for a Relationship Management role. You will acquire and activate salary accounts, promote banking products, and drive wallet share within the branch catchment area.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience, strong communication and networking skills, and a good banking knowledge. IRDA/AMFI certification may be required after joining. This is a full-time on-site role in Ashok Vihar, Delhi.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Graduation/Post Graduation required.
• Sales & Networking skills expected.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good listening skills and relationship-building ability.
• IRDA & AMFI certification preferred (must after joining).
• Banking knowledge and digital literacy are advantageous.
• Strong network in the local market.

Aufgaben

• Acquire new accounts (Current & Savings) from branch catchment area and source salary accounts from corporates.
• Activate accounts: M0 balance, UPI linkage, savings balance, and upsell banking products.
• Participate in corporate induction and migration events in the catchment area.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams to leverage SME relationships.
• Conduct low-cost micro-marketing activities around catchment areas for lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Acquiring new accounts (Current and Savings) from branch catchment area -Quality sourcing of salary accounts from corporates
• Activate Accounts opened, UPI Linkage, M0 Balance, Savings balance and increase wallet share of our banking products includes Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP, MF etc & manage the portfolio.
• Participate in corporate induction and migration events around the catchment area
• Build strong relationship with internal teams to leverage existing relationships from SME
• Conduct low-cost micro marketing activities around catchment areas for lead generations.
