DBS Consumer Banking Group in Thiruvananthapuram invites you to join as a Relationship Manager. The role focuses on acquiring accounts, building customer relationships, and cross-selling banking products.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in sales, good communication, and a network in the local market; graduation/post-graduation; IRDA & AMFI certification preferred post joining.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Graduation or Post Graduation required or equivalent.
• Sales & networking skills essential for sourcing and cross-selling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new Current and Savings accounts from the branch catchment area with quality sourcing from corporates.
• Activate accounts, enable UPI linkage, monitor balances, and promote banking products to increase wallet share (Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP, MF).
• Participate in corporate inductions and migration events in the catchment area.
• Build strong relationships with internal SME teams and conduct low-cost micro marketing for lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Acquiring new accounts (Current and Savings) from branch catchment area ?Quality sourcing of salary accounts from corporates
• Activate Accounts opened, UPI Linkage, M0 Balance, Savings balance and increase wallet share of our banking products includes Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP, MF etc & manage the portfolio.
• Participate in corporate induction and migration events around the catchment area
• Build strong relationship with internal teams to leverage existing relationships from SME
• Conduct low-cost micro marketing activities around catchment areas for lead generations.
