Job summary

DBS Consumer Banking Group in Pollachi is seeking a Relationship Manager to drive new account acquisition and manage retail banking relationships in the branch catchment. You will activate accounts, enable UPI linkage, monitor balances, and work to increase wallet share across products such as Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP, MF.

You will also participate in corporate induction events and build strong internal SME networks.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in banking or sales.
• Graduation or post-graduation.
• Sales and networking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Goal/target oriented.
• IRDA & AMFI certification preferred; must be obtained after joining.
• Strong banking knowledge and digital skills.
• Good market network.

Responsibilities

• Activate Accounts opened, UPI Linkage, M0 Balance, Savings balance and increase wallet share of our banking products includes Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP, MF etc & manage the portfolio
• Participate in corporate induction and migration events around the catchment area
