Job summary

DBS Bank in India is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow our consumer banking portfolio from the Karanodai catchment area. You will source and open Current and Savings accounts, activate UPI services, and drive wallet share for insurance, mortgages, UL, SIP, MF, and more.

You will partner with internal teams to leverage SME connections and conduct micro marketing in the catchment to generate high-quality leads. Regular, full-time position based in Chennai Metropolitan Area.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new Current and Savings accounts from the branch catchment area.
• Source salary accounts from corporates with quality leads.
• Activate newly opened accounts: UPI linkage, M0 balance, savings balance, and promote wallet share of our banking products including Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP, MF.
• Participate in corporate induction and migration events around the catchment area.
• Build strong relationship with internal teams to leverage existing SME connections.
• Conduct low-cost micro marketing activities around catchment areas for lead generation.
