• Identify potential customers and generate new business leads through online platforms, business directories, references and other sources.
• Collect customer details and maintain a database of potential clients, industries, contractors and project companies.
• Contact potential customers through phone calls, emails and other communication channels to introduce company products.
• Support the promotion of company products, including EOT Cranes, HOT Cranes, Gantry Cranes, Wire Rope Hoists, ASRS and Industrial Doors.
• Coordinate with existing and new customers regarding product enquiries and requirements.
• Follow up with customers on enquiries, quotations and ongoing business opportunities.
• Assist in preparing quotations, commercial proposals, presentations and other sales-related documents.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the concerned technical departments for necessary information.
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Production, Projects and Accounts departments to support customer requirements.
• Assist in market research to identify new customers, business opportunities and industry developments.
• Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, leads, quotations and follow-up activities.
• Assist the Marketing Manager in preparing sales reports and maintaining customer relationships.
• Coordinate customer meetings, appointments and industrial visits whenever required.
• Provide regular updates to the Marketing Manager on lead generation, customer enquiries and follow-up status.
