Job summary

Dot & Key is seeking an execution-focused Assistant Manager Warehouse (North) to manage operations across Gurgaon and Rajpura. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, process compliance, and cross-functional coordination, with periodic travel to Rajpura.

You will oversee end-to-end warehouse activities, drive cycle counts, and ensure timely inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch while meeting SLAs. 5+ years in FMCG/Beauty warehousing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain, preferably in FMCG/Beauty/Personal Care.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations across Gurgaon & Rajpura.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, reconciliation, and variance resolution.
• Ensure inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Customer Service, 3PL partners, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless material flow and compliance.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs including inventory ageing, order fulfilment, productivity, and dispatch efficiency.
• Conduct regular warehouse visits to monitor process discipline and safety standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Prepare MIS reports for inventory, dispatches, stock movement, and performance.
• Support warehouse expansion, transition projects, and system-driven process enhancements.

About the Role: We are looking for an execution-focused Assistant Manager Warehouse (North) to manage operations across multiple warehouse locations in Gurgaon with periodic travelling to Rajpura warehouse. The role involves driving inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, process compliance, and cross-functional coordination, with frequent travel across warehouses. Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, or E-commerce warehousing is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations across multiple warehouse locations in Gurgaon & Rajpura.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, reconciliation, and variance resolution.
• Ensure timely inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities while meeting defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Customer Service, 3PL partners, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless material flow and adherence to operational SOPs and compliance standards.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs including inventory ageing, order fulfilment, productivity, and dispatch efficiency.
• Conduct regular warehouse visits to monitor process discipline, safety practices, and infrastructure readiness.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and optimize warehouse costs.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for inventory, dispatches, stock movement, and operational performance.
• Support warehouse expansion, transition projects, and system-driven process enhancements.

Preferred Skills & Know-how:

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and 3PL processes.
• Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of warehouse compliance and safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG/Beauty/Personal Care environment.
• Willingness to travel across warehouse locations in Gurgaon & Rajpura.

Experience Requirements:

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain, preferably in FMCG/Beauty/Personal Care.
• Experience in managing multiple warehouses and 3PL operations; exposure to high-volume warehousing is preferred.
