Qualifications

Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Commerce.
MBA / PG Diploma in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred.
5-8 years of experience in warehouse operations or supply chain.
Experience in multi-location monitoring; exposure to pharma/healthcare/FMCG/retail/3PL preferred.

Responsibilities

Virtually monitor day-to-day warehouse operations across multiple locations.
Track inbound/outbound/inventory/picking/packing/dispatch and productivity metrics.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs.
Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and delays.
Develop MIS reports and dashboards; leverage Excel Power Query/Power Pivot.
Utilize AI tools to automate reporting and analytics; explore digital transformation.
Coordinate with warehouse managers and IT for issue resolution.
Support audits and CAPA initiatives.

Corporate Office-Gurgaon / Remote Monitoring Center (Travel to warehouses as required)

Role Summary

The Assistant Manager - Warehouse Operations will be responsible for virtually monitoring day-to-day warehouse operations across multiple locations. The role requires strong analytical capability to identify operational variations through ERP/WMS data, dashboards, and reports, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and process compliance.

The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP), and AI-powered analytical tools to identify root causes, improve operational efficiency, and drive continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Monitoring

Virtually monitor daily warehouse operations across multiple warehouses.
Track inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch, and productivity metrics.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, SLAs, and operational KPIs.
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.

System & Process Deep Dive

Perform detailed analysis of ERP/WMS transactions to identify process deviations and data inconsistencies.
Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies, delayed dispatches, stock variances, and process failures.
Verify system transactions against physical and operational processes.
Identify process gaps and recommend preventive controls.

Data Analytics & Reporting

Develop MIS reports and operational dashboards.
Analyze trends using advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, VBA/Macros preferred).
Generate actionable insights from large datasets.
Present findings to management with recommendations.

AI & Digital Transformation

Utilize AI-powered tools to automate reporting and data analysis.
Leverage AI for anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and operational trend analysis.
Develop AI-assisted dashboards and improve decision-making through automation.
Explore opportunities for digital transformation within warehouse operations.

Inventory & Process Compliance

Monitor inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with warehouse processes and audit requirements.
Identify recurring operational issues and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Support internal and external audits.

Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate with warehouse managers, regional teams, IT, and customer service for issue resolution.
Conduct virtual operational review meetings.
Follow up on action plans and ensure timely closure.

Required Skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience in Power BI or similar visualization tools.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Commerce.
MBA / PG Diploma in Supply Chain or Operations Management will be preferred.

Experience

5-8 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain management.
Experience in monitoring multi-location warehouse operations will be an added advantage.
Exposure to pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, retail, or 3PL warehouse operations is preferred.
