Job summary

Wagh Bakri is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to drive on-the-job and classroom training within a retail/customer service environment in Mumbai. You will design programs, deliver sessions, and assess impact across store teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in training, experience in QSR or luxury hospitality, and excels at public speaking, communication, and organizing training materials. Willingness to travel within the city is required.
