Job summary

Heisetasse Beverages is seeking a proactive Store Operations Lead in Uttar Pradesh. The role focuses on managing day-to-day store activities, driving sales, and ensuring top-notch customer service.

You will lead a team, plan rosters, and maintain adherence to SOPs, safety, and cash handling while coordinating with support functions to keep operations smooth. The ideal candidate has 1–5 years in retail/hospitality operations, strong leadership, and proficiency in Excel and POS systems.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Drive sales, productivity, and profitability targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop the store team to deliver high performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns.
• Plan manpower, prepare rosters, and manage attendance.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, QA, cash handling, and audit standards.
• Monitor inventory, minimize wastage, and ensure stock availability.
• Ensure accurate cash management, billing, and daily store reporting.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members.
• Maintain caf cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and overall store standards.
• Review store performance, identify improvement areas, and implement action plans.
• Coordinate with support functions (HR, Operations, Finance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain) to ensure smooth store operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/F&B/Retail preferred).
• 1-5 years of experience in retail, QSR, caf, or hospitality operations, with team handling experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Good knowledge of store operations, cash handling, inventory, and compliance.
• Ability to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Proficient in MS Excel and POS systems.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to handle pressure and make quick operational decisions.
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
