Job summary

Bajaj Finserv Limited in Darbhanga, Bihar seeks a Graduate with 1 year experience in tractor finance or B2B sales to build dealer networks and drive MoM growth. You will coordinate with Credit and OPS, manage collections up to 30 DPD, and report business metrics from the field.

Responsibilities include setting up dealer networks, DSA networks, cross-selling insurance and loan-related products, and ensuring timely disbursement while maintaining asset quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate required for entry to mid-level role.
• At least 12 months of experience in related fields.
• Experience in tractor finance and B2B sales is preferred.
