Job summary

Bajaj Finserv Limited is seeking a results-driven collections professional in Rajasthan to manage Tractor Finance collections, partner and agency relationships, and ensure compliance with legal guidelines. You will drive recovery performance and maintain accurate customer interaction records.

You will monitor metrics, provide regular updates, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet targets within agreed timelines.

Responsibilities

• Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agency
• Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates
