Job summary

Indihire Consultants in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned recruitment leader to own end-to-end non-IT hiring across Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and other business functions.

You will coach a team of recruiters, build strong pipelines via portals, referrals, and agencies, and partner with hiring managers to prioritize roles and streamline the interview, offer, and onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Experience leading recruitment for non-IT functions across multiple business units.
• Proven ability to build pipelines via job portals, referrals, social media, databases, agencies.
• Experience coaching and guiding recruiters; performance feedback.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and priorities.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from screening to onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through job portals, referrals, social media, databases, agencies, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen, shortlist, interview, and coordinate candidates through the selection process.
• Manage offer negotiation, documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in recruitment, with significant experience in non-IT hirings such as Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Quality, Customer Service, Administration, Supply Chain, and other business functions.
