Job summary

Axtria - Ingenious Insights in Gurgaon, India, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels. The role partners with business stakeholders to ensure timely closure of open positions in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop sourcing strategies, conduct Boolean searches, manage interviews, drive offers, and maintain a strong candidate experience while building a robust talent pipeline for current and future roles.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience with data analytics & AI/GenAI; data engineers preferred.
• Experience across multiple functions, levels, and business units with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, role expectations, and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases and other channels.
• Conduct Boolean searches and targeted talent mapping to identify candidates.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial discussions to assess fit against role requirements.
• Coordinate and manage interview process including scheduling and feedback follow-ups.
• Drive offer discussions, compensation alignment, negotiations, and on-boarding coordination.
• Track candidates in ATS and maintain updated recruitment data.
• Maintain and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Collaborate with HRBP, hiring managers and stakeholders to close positions within TATs.
• Provide regular hiring progress updates, pipeline insights and closures.
• Support recruitment analytics and reporting (funnel, TAT, source effectiveness).
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels, partnering closely with business stakeholders, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, a good understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Screen profiles and conduct initial discussions to assess candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling, feedback follow-ups, and candidate communication.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey and ensure timely communication.
• Drive offer discussions, compensation alignment, negotiations, and offer rollouts in coordination with relevant teams.
• Track candidates through the ATS and ensure recruitment documentation and data are updated accurately.
• Maintain and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure positions are closed within agreed TATs.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress, pipeline, challenges, and closures.
• Support recruitment analytics and reporting, including hiring funnel, TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.
