Job summary

Aragen Life Sciences Limited is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with business leaders, and build proactive talent pipelines. The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and providing market insight to ensure a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of TA experience, with added advantage of background hiring for Pharma, CRO/CDMO/Biotech and related functions.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience hiring for Pharma, CDMO/CRDMO, CRO, Biotech, API, Formulation, Analytical R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Research and Drug Discovery functions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
• Implement innovative sourcing techniques including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
• Provide consultative support on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards and reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and external labor regulations.
• Manage ATS and ensure data integrity.
• Support employer branding initiatives through social media campaigns, job fairs, and employee testimonials.
• Enhance candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.

3. Recruitment Operations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment dashboards and reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and external labor regulations.
• Manage ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ensure data integrity.

4. Employer Branding

• Support employer branding initiatives through social media campaigns, job fairs, and employee testimonials.
• Enhance candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have 5 to 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

Prior experience hiring for Pharma, CDMO/CRDMO, CRO, Biotech, API, Formulation, Analytical R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Research, and Drug Discovery functions will be an added advantage.
