Job summary

Procyon Techsolutions is seeking a Service Team Leader in Bengaluru to oversee a multidisciplinary team of engineers responsible for breakdown support, modifications, and preventive maintenance. The role emphasizes resource management, customer communication, and timely issue resolution.

You will guide hardware and software engineers, maintain knowledge bases, and plan AMC activities to ensure high uptime and service quality for customers.

About the Role

Service Team leader handles a team of Mechanical, Electrical and Software engineers who are responsible for providing support to the machines during breakdown / modification. Also plan for preventive maintenance

• Time management of the resources for providing support of the systems
• Communicate with the customer on the status of the support and make sure that the problems are addressed on-time.
• Technical guidance to the team to provide service quickly
• Maintaining the Knowledge Base required for quick service.
• Manage the material procurement for the support activities
• Reviewing the engineer on performance and providing training
• AMC planning and execution
