Responsibilities

• Support and direct engineering activities for new designs, modifications and improvements to existing structures and systems.
• Resolve technical and operational problems using sound engineering practices, modern technologies, and innovative concepts.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement to enhance designs, procedures, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Analyze technology trends, manpower requirements, and market demands to support project planning and execution.
• Assist in forecasting operational costs and preparing engineering department budget requirements.
• Provide technical inputs and recommendations to management regarding developments impacting profitability, schedules, costs, customer relationships, and coordination between departments.
• Ensure proper interpretation and implementation of company policies, procedures, and engineering standards within the team.
• Maintain updated knowledge of emerging technologies and recommend improvements for operational efficiency and project performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, engineering regulations, and safe work practices for self and team members.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional departments to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion of deliverables.
• Support resource planning, workload management, and engineering documentation activities.
