Job summary

Max Healthcare is seeking a Security Manager to oversee day-to-day hospital security operations. You will guide security personnel, ensure the safety of patients, staff and visitors, and monitor CCTV, access control and critical areas.

You will coordinate with various departments and authorities, conduct rounds and drills, and maintain incident reports and compliance documentation in line with NABH/JCI standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate preferred with 5-7 years of experience, preferably in hospital/healthcare security management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day hospital security operations and security manpower.
• Ensure safety and security of patients, attendants, staff, doctors, visitors and hospital assets.
• Monitor access control, CCTV surveillance, parking and critical areas.
• Handle security incidents, theft, patient absconding, disputes and emergencies.
• Coordinate with hospital departments, security agencies, police, fire and other authorities.
• Conduct security rounds, inspections, drills and staff briefings.
• Maintain security records, incident reports, MIS and compliance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, NABH/JCI and safety requirements.
• Identify security risks and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Manage outsourced security manpower and monitor performance.
